Our Classes

Junior’s Class (Ages 4-8)

Our junior’s class is designed especially for early learners, blending foundational martial arts skills with essential motor development in a fun, high-energy environment.

Students build basic motor skills and fundamental movements such as balance, coordination, agility, and body control through structured games and dynamic drills. These skills are seamlessly combined with beginner striking techniques and age-appropriate situational self-defense concepts that teach awareness, confidence, and smart decision-making.

Beyond physical training, this program places strong emphasis on character development. Students practice respect, focus, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance in every class.

Every class is active, engaging, and designed to keep young students moving, learning, and smiling - all while building skills that benefit them on and off the mat.

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday and Thursday - 4:30 to 5:05 pm

Children’s Class (Ages 8-13)

Our youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class teaches the fundamentals of grappling, including takedowns, positional control, escapes, and age-appropriate submissions. Students develop balance, coordination, and problem-solving skills through structured drills and controlled live training. This program builds confidence, discipline, and resilience while teaching students to stay calm under pressure and work respectfully with training partners in a supportive environment.

Our youth Hybrid Striking class blends boxing and Taekwondo fundamentals, teaching proper punches, kicks, footwork, and defensive movement. Through pad work and structured drills, students improve coordination, conditioning, and controlled power. Classes are high-energy and motivating, helping students build confidence, focus, and mental toughness while training safely and supporting their teammates.

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:

    • Monday and Friday - 5:00 to 5:50 pm

  • Hybrid Striking

    • Tuesday and Thursday - 5:05 to 5:55 pm

Teen/Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class (Ages 13 and Up)

Our teen and adult BJJ program delivers high-level grappling instruction in a structured, team-focused environment. Students develop strong fundamentals including takedowns, positional control, escapes, guard work, and submissions, while exploring advanced techniques and strategy.

Classes combine technical drilling, situational training, and live rolling to build conditioning, timing, and real-world application. Whether your goal is self-defense, competition, or personal growth, training is designed to challenge you at every level.

Beyond the physical benefits, this program builds discipline, resilience, confidence, and mental toughness. Students train in a supportive culture that values respect, accountability, and continuous improvement - on and off the mat.

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 6:00 to 7:30 pm

    • Saturday 9:30 to 11:00 am
